What to include in your RFQ
To review feasibility and quotation efficiently, please provide the product name, grade, applicable standard, dimensions, quantity, required condition or surface, inspection / NDT requirements, documentation requirements, packaging, destination and required delivery date. For custom components, attach the drawing and revision number.
Specification review
We review the requested grade, standard, dimensional combination and processing route before quotation. If a dimension or standard combination needs clarification, we will flag it during RFQ review.
Project documentation
Documentation scope should be stated in the RFQ. Material certificates, dimensional reports, NDT reports, identification and traceability requirements can be aligned with the purchase order.
